Photo Guidelines
Show the watch, honestly.
Clear, recent photos of the actual watch build trust and speed up review. Follow the guidelines below before submitting your listing.
Required photos
- Front dial photo
- Case back photo
- Side / crown photo
- Bracelet or strap photo
- Clasp / buckle photo
- Box photo, if included
- Papers / warranty card / certificate photo, if included
- Close-up photos of any scratches, dents, defects or wear
- Proof-of-ownership photo with your LuxVault request code and date
Photo rules
- Photos must be clear, recent, and show the actual watch being sold.
- Internet or catalogue photos are not allowed as main listing photos.
- Condition issues must be shown clearly.
- Box and papers can only be marked as included if actually available.
- LuxVault may request additional photos before approval.
AI use
AI enhancement may be used only to improve background, lighting, shadows and presentation. It must never change the watch shape, dial, hands, bezel, crown, bracelet or strap, logo, text, serial/reference details, colour, material, scratches, marks, patina or condition.
Condition guide
| New / Unworn | Never worn or used, with no signs of wear. |
| Like New | Very minimal signs of handling or wear. |
| Excellent | Light signs of use, with no major visible scratches. |
| Very Good | Normal signs of wear, with minor visible marks. |
| Good | Visible wear, but the watch remains functional and presentable. |
| Fair | Heavy signs of wear, scratches, or condition issues that must be clearly disclosed. |
