Sell a Watch
Submit a watch for review.
You do not need a separate seller account — the same LuxVault member account buys and sells. Listings do not go live automatically; every submission is reviewed by LuxVault before publishing.
How to submit

Sign in with the same LuxVault member account — one account buys and sells.

Click Sell / Submit a Watch and accept the seller terms, listing, payout and photo policies.

Add the watch details: brand, model, reference, year, condition, price, box & papers, description, defects and service history.

Upload the required photos (see the Photo Guidelines).

Add your payout bank details — these are hidden from buyers.

Submit the listing for LuxVault review.

LuxVault approves, requests an amendment, or rejects.

Your approved listing goes live on the Watches page.

Receive buyer requests and accept or decline.

LuxVault manages the transaction — you never receive payment directly from the buyer.

Your payout is processed after payment confirmation, inspection & matching, delivery, buyer confirmation and admin approval.
Details required
Brand, model, reference, year (if available), condition, price, box & papers, description, defects, and service history (if available).
Photos required
Front dial, case back, side/crown, bracelet or strap, clasp, box and papers (if included), close-ups of any defects, and a proof-of-ownership photo. See the Photo Guidelines.
Payout details
Add your bank details for payout only — they are never shown to buyers.
