Every listing is reviewed by LuxVault before it goes live. Seller profile, watch details, photos and submitted information are checked before approval.
Proof of ownership
LuxVault may request proof-of-ownership photos or supporting information before a listing is approved.
Honest condition disclosure
Sellers must clearly disclose condition, scratches, defects, box, papers and any important notes.
Manual bank transfer
Buyer payment is made by bank transfer to the dedicated LuxVault collection account and is confirmed manually by LuxVault before the transaction proceeds.
Inspection & matching
LuxVault coordinates inspection and matching of the watch against the approved listing details before delivery.
A clear order lifecycle
Each transaction follows one clear order/ticket that both buyer and seller can follow, from request to completion.
Issue handling
If an issue is reported, the case is reviewed and the seller payout is paused until it is resolved.
