This policy explains what information LuxVault collects and how it is used in Phase 1.

Information we collect

Account details you provide (name, contact details), verification documents where required, listing information and photos, and bank details provided by sellers for payout.

How we use it

To operate your membership, review and publish listings, process transactions by manual bank transfer, coordinate fulfilment, and communicate with you about your account and orders.

Who can see it

Seller payout bank details are used for payout only and are never shown to buyers. LuxVault staff access information only as needed to operate the platform.

Data handling

We keep information only as long as needed for the service and applicable obligations, and take reasonable measures to protect it.
